shortcut virus is really irritating. because it's really hard to delete. whenever we delete it automatically comes back. there are many software's available on the internet that can delete shortcut virus. and in this post, I am gonna you a software to delete shortcut virus. and also I will show you how to remove shortcut virus with CMD.
install it on your computer.
open the software and scan your computer with it.
now you will see all shortcut virus list. just remove it.
go to the directory where shortcut virus is located. by typing drive letter I going to remove shortcut virus from my E drive. so I type E:
Type this command: del *.lnk and press Enter.
now Type attrib -h -r -s /s /d e:*.*
And then press a gentle Enter. it will delete all shortcuts from your selected drive. in the above command just replace E that I marked in red color. with the drive where shortcut virus is located. that's it shortcut virus is removed from your computer.
