from color overlay select the color for your Gel Text. I create Gel text with Blue color. but you can select another color for your text.
do the following inner Shadow settings. by double clicking on inner shadow from the layer.
apply the following settings for inner glow. by double clicking on inner Glow option from the text layer.
you need to do bevel and emboss setting. as I do in the following screenshot. double click on bevel and emboss option from text layer and do the following settings.
your Gel text is ready. and it looks beautiful.

- start by opening the Adobe Photoshop.
- and create new image by pressing CTRL+N. you can create with your desired size.
- after creating the new document. write your text with segoe script fonts on the image.
- now right click on the text layer. and click on blending option.
- from the blending options page. select inner shadow, inner glow bevel,emboss and color overlay. press enter button or click on ok.
