you can Block Low CPC ad categories from your google Adsense. by blocking low CPC categories only high CPC ads will be displayed on your website. and you will start getting more CPC.

how to block Adsense low CPC Ads

1. Login your google account and open Google Adsense.
2. in the right side, you will see Allow & Block Ads Link click on it.
   
3. now click Sensitive Categories Link.
4. high CPC categories, ad impressions and other option will be shown. 
   
5. here you can see which category is giving you high CPC and which giving you low.
6. just block all low CPC categories from the list. 

if you are still confused then see following screenshot. you can see I blocked two low CPC categories. just click on the tick option the low CPC will be blocked. and the tick mark will be replaced with blocked mark. that's it you have successfully blocked low CPC Ads. now wait and watch.
