by following this tutorial you can make your picture beautiful by
 changing dress color in adobe Photoshop
i am using adobe Photoshop cs 6 but you can do it in any
version of Photoshop

How To Change Dress Color In Adobe Photoshop

1. open adobe Photoshop  
2. open your photo by pressing ctrl+o
3. create new layer   
   
4. now make selection on dress with pen tool     
   
5. select paint tool and paint layer that we create in step 3  
   
6. now go to blending option and set blending normal to subtract  
   
7. now see your photo dress color is changed.
